§ 1 Booking and Conclusion of Contract

(1) Bookings are made online via www.ferienhausblauersee.de. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

(2) There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts covering a fixed period (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

§ 2 Payment

The full rental amount is due at the time of booking. Payment via [e.g., PayPal/Credit Card].

§ 3 Cancellation

Cancellations are only free of charge if made within 24 hours of booking. Thereafter, the specific cancellation terms apply.

§ 4 Arrival and Departure

Ferienhaus Blauer See: Check-in from 3:00 PM, Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Ferienhäuschen Blauer See: Check-in from 4:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM.

Key handover takes place on-site.

§ 5 House Rules

All properties are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted. Any damages will be billed to the guest.

§ 6 Liability

We assume no liability for the theft of valuables. An additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged in cases of excessive soiling.
